Fit Tip: Avoiding mindless eating is essential to eliminate excessive calorie intake. Instead of munching on snacks straight out of the cabinet or refrigerator, make snacks (and meals of course!) an official eating occasion by sitting down and taking the time to savor the food. This can limit intake and cause you to think twice about overindulging!
